Conference History
The biennial conference series on Extended Defects in Semiconductors started with a meeting in Hünfeld, Germany, in 1978. Subsequent meetings have taken place in France, Greece, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Russia. The EDS conferences are known for excellent presentations and lively discussions in a stimulating scientific atmosphere.
Venue
The EDS will be held at the University of Strathclyde’s Technology and Innovation Centre in the heart of Glasgow city centre in Western Scotland.
The conference will run from Monday 26th to Friday 30th of July. We will be at the same location as the the ICDS International Conference on Defects in Semiconductors that week.
